By
land, to the vicinity of the park,
following the route from San Cristóbal to
Guasdualito.

Characteristics
The
park, recently created, was established to
safeguard the forest reserve of San Camilo
and the jungle of the Cutufí, which is a
little further south, on the border with
Colombia. It is crossed by important
rivers like the Cutufí, Nula, Sarare and
Burguita.

It
is not inventoried in detail. It presents
characteristics similar to those of the
Venezuelan high Llano.

Fauna
It
is not inventoried in detail. The animal
spec-ies are those common to the Llano in
general.

the night and conduct research.
